I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been taking way too long. I emailed a few times but they just kept giving me the same runaround, so yeah frustrating.

I ordered from primasupply.com and ended up needing to return the item, the whole thing was more frustrating than I expected.
Getting clear information took way too long, and I kept feeling left in the dark about what was happening next. I had to follow up just to get updates, which made the return feel way more stressful than it needed to be.
The products might be fine, but the return experience really put me off. After dealing with all that back and forth, I’m not in a hurry to order from them again.

"Installation support left me hanging"
I had a rough time trying to get installation help from Prima Supply. Their replies took a while, and when they did get back to me, it didn’t really feel like they answered what I was actually asking. After a couple of back-and-forths, I started feeling like I couldn’t really trust customer service to help much, so I just figured most of it out on my own. Not exactly what I expected after buying from them.

"Felt stuck trying to use the site"
I was just trying to find the parts I needed, but the whole site made it way harder than it should’ve been. The filters kept resetting, pages were loading slowly, and I started to feel trapped clicking around without getting anywhere. Checkout wasn’t much better either, it felt clunky and frustrating. Not a great experience overall

I ordered a part because the website showed it was available, so I figured I was good to go. Then the next day I get an email saying it was actually backordered with no real idea of when it would ship.
I ended up having to cancel the order and hunt it down somewhere else, which was just extra work I shouldn’t have had to deal with. Frustrating and a waste of time, they really need to keep their stock info updated before taking orders.

"I just needed the right items sent"
I ordered a few supplies and was hoping it would be a simple, straightforward delivery, but two things were off. One item came in the wrong size, and another item was missing completely. The strange part is that the packing slip showed the correct items, so I’m not really sure where things went wrong. I had to contact support and wait to get it sorted out, which was frustrating. I just wish there had been a little more care with the order, or even some reassurance that it would be fixed quickly without me having to chase it down.

It was just kind of a bad experience overall, and, yeah, I really don’t think it was worth the hassle. I was hoping it would be fine, but it ended up being more frustrating than anything

The communication was disappointing. I kept having to email them just to find out what was going on with my order, and when they did reply, it was slow and didn’t really tell me much. The tone of the replies also felt a bit dismissive, like I was bothering them for asking. It really seemed like my order was just sitting there and no one was making an effort to keep me updated. I wouldn’t use them again

"Shipping took way too long"
My order took a lot longer to arrive than I expected, and the most frustrating part was that nobody seemed clear on who was actually responsible for the delay. I kept getting bounced around without a real answer, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.

"Website made it sound better than it was"
I ordered some equipment from primasupply.com because the website made it seem like it would be reliable and handle the job without much trouble. Once I actually started using it, though, it didn’t really match what I thought I was getting. It had issues early on and ended up slowing me down instead of making things easier. Maybe I just got a bad unit, but for the price, I expected a lot better. The whole thing was confusing because the site says one thing, but my experience was different. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I stopped in with a few basic questions about a product, and it didn’t go great. The staff didn’t seem too sure and I kept getting different answers from different people, which made it hard to trust any of it. I don’t expect everyone to know everything, but I’d rather they just check instead of guessing. In the end, it kind of felt like I wasted my time

"This felt cheap the second I..."
This felt cheap the second I took it out of the box. Some of the parts didn’t even line up right, and after just a few uses it was already starting to wear out. For the price, I expected way better. Whoever runs this really needs to pay more attention to the quality. I definitely won’t be ordering again

"Warranty support was honestly a headache"
My item stopped working, which was already annoying, and then trying to get help through the warranty just made it worse. It was this slow back-and-forth where I’d send something, wait forever, get a vague reply, and then have to explain it again. It kind of felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of it, you know? After waiting around for too long, I just gave up because it was more frustrating than it was worth.
